Master Bedroom for rent in brand new town house in Wyndham Vale in MAMBOURIN, Victoria for sale

Hey all!
My house mate and I are looking for someone to rent our spare room in October. It's the master bedroom so you would have your own bathroom and own privacy at the front of the house. Price is $110 per week and rent is required either weekly or every fortnight with bills to be spilt as they come in. The home is fully furnished so you would only need bedroom furniture.
You would be sharing with a 23 year old female part time student, and a 22 year old female who works part time. We are both easy going females who enjoy fitness and a few drinks on the odd occassion. Our house is not a party house, but you are more than welcome to have friends over for drinks and things if thats what you want to do.
You would also be sharing with a 3 year old, so keep that in mind when you enquire.
We are preferably looking for a student with a reliable source of income or a full time worker.
MUST be clean and tidy.
