I will help educate you on the best training program to suit your individual needs. Whether it be weight loss, muscle building, toning or health improvements, whatever your fitness goal a unique fitness program and nutrition plan will be created for you so you can achieve your goal realistically. Because no one can sustain Biggest Loser Training (numerous hours a day for the rest of your life). I will help coach you into a lifestyle that will be easy to keep up.

Strength and Conditioning-
I offer specialist Strength and Conditioning aimed ranging from your local battler to elite youth to your special event training to your military aspirant. I will help you enhance your performance through the use of scientifically proven sport specific training, nutrition programs, supplement advice, body composition changes, goal setting and psychological preparation. All programs are tracked to make sure our specific fitness component is being improved via recording and fitness testing. Specialties Australian Football and Cricket but have great awareness of other sports and are able to analyse the movement patterns of sport and design a guaranteed performance enhancing program.

Bootcamp-
I run a weekly Bootcamp at a local school in Wyndham Vale where body weight and running drills are completed. It is a great addition to any fitness program as it adds both cardiovascular benefits as well as strength benefits while burning heaps of calories.
$10 per person for 1 hour
Nutritional Coaching/Exercise Program Design-
Nutritional Coaching and Exercise Program Design can be conducted face to face or online depending on where you are located. This involves looking a your nutrition in depth and making changes that will help support your goals. Supplement advice and recommendations will also be given. A unique exercise program will be developed and explained to you so you can be completed on your own.
